Recent Cessna 210N accidents
The pilot’s failure to lower the landing gear, resulting in a wheel up landing. Contributing to the accident was the intermittent warning horn which likely did not sound to warn the pilot about the misconfigured landing gear.
Failure of the brake system O-rings on the left landing gear trunnion, which allowed the hydraulic fluid to drain from the left brake system, resulting in a runway excursion and impact with a fence.
